   Download Claude Desktop

   1. Go to claude.com/download
   2. Select the version for your operating system:
      🍎 Mac

      Download the PKG installer

      🪟 Windows

      Download the MSIX installer

   3. Save the file to your Downloads folder

   Install the App

   🍎 Mac

   1. Open the downloaded PKG file
   2. Follow the on-screen prompts
   3. Move Claude to your Applications folder if prompted
   4. If macOS asks for permission, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and allow it

   🪟 Windows

   1. Open the downloaded MSIX file
   2. Follow the on-screen prompts
   3. Claude will be available from your Start menu once installed

   Join or Sign In

   New to Claude

   1. Open the FOA team join link:
      claude.ai/join/org/KqD3B4F47iXedv8D056TYg
   2. Create your account using your approved FOA email address
   3. Then launch Claude Desktop and sign in with those credentials

   Already have an account

   1. Launch Claude from your Applications folder (Mac) or Start menu (Windows)
   2. Sign in using the credentials you already created

   Confirm the FOA Skill Library Is Active

   The FOA Founder OS skill library has already been added to the organisation setup. You do not need to install or configure anything. This step simply confirms it is working correctly.

   In any Claude conversation, type exactly:

   Copy and paste this prompt into Claude:

   Hello, what skills do you have available?

   ✓

   Expected result: Claude should respond by listing the FOA Founder OS skills — including skills such as clarifying vision, managing finances, designing business models, and others from the Founder OS library.

   If Claude does not list the FOA skills, contact your FOA operations contact before proceeding.

   Set Up Your Dropbox Project Folder

   When you create projects in Claude (including any Cowork projects), save them to your designated Dropbox folder — not to your desktop or documents folder.

   Your folder path:

   Dropbox › Operations › Team Claude Active Projects › [Your Name]

   The simple rule: New project in Claude = save it to your Dropbox folder first. That one habit, done consistently, is what makes the whole system work.
